LOCALVERSION is set but not used in the ACRN kernel config #6166

The ACRN kernel config (kernel_config_uefi_sos in projectacrn/acrn-kernel) sets the LOCALVERSION string to a value that is neither used, nor relevant in ACRN. We should remove it to make it more human-readable.
