doc: Update Apollo Lake docs #6861

@gvancuts reported: Apollo Lake is no longer supported. Can we update this doc to show the output on Tiger Lake? https://projectacrn.github.io/latest/developer-guides/hld/hld-devicemodel.html

Additional references to "Apollo" should be scrubbed and updated:
