Docker maven build fails to download JARs and POM #376

I have this problem. When I do a java maven build, it keeps on stopping. I cancel the build and then rebuild and it stops again. Happens over and over and I don't know how to fix it. Using CDK v2. Doesn't seem to happen with full OSE 3.1

Any particular Maven build? What app template are you using?
