This new PR comprises all the commits and review comments/conversation from @optak, @pavanbhat21 @anush on PR https://github.com/projectatomic/adb-tests/pull/39. So this PR doesn't require any further review. @praveenkumar This PR is ready to merge.

I'm merging it so Amit is not blocked by this, but next time, it should be merged by someone from devsuite team.
