[landrush] Enable cert for TLD to connect from host #176

After landrush we need to to enable cert for TLD so user can connect from host as there were able to do it before.

@praveenkumar Not sure what issue we are trying to address here. Can you please add more information.

@LalatenduMohanty when a user connect to openshift it require a certificate which is created when we do the provision and it is associated with the ip (10.1.2.2) instead of TLD (openshift.cdk) which is required when landrush is enabled and used.
