blog: latest rpm-ostree features #535

It's been a while since the last rpm-ostree release blog post. This is a summary of changes since then with more emphasis on rojig and automatic updates.

I didn't really have time to go into too much details on the other new features, though I included links to the relevant upstream discussions.
