Use travis CI to run tests from tests/units dir. #795

This is needed so that travis CI does not end up running functional tests from tests/ dir.

Coverage remained the same at 64.302% when pulling af27db6cc0813a0dd574fca65f2dca516f85b4bf on rtnpro:travis-ci-for-unittests into e9fa288eba22861f774cb27c6b25eda7c030a69b on projectatomic:master.

centos unit tests are messing up for some reason, but this LGTM
