Refactor spec directory #114

Collapse the spec directory structure so a single directory holds the spec. Moving to a tagged release model. See discussion in https://github.com/projectatomic/nulecule/issues/113

@goern I have created branches and tagged releases for 0.0.1-alpha and 0.0.2. Should be safe to merge now. We will need to have the spec published to a stable web site before making additional changes.
