Renamed `graph` directory to `artifacts` #198

This closes bug#197

This moves the data from previously graph directory into artifacts directory, and also makes changes in the Nulecule file for file locations.

Are you able to do a PR against https://github.com/projectatomic/nulecule-library ?

We just moved our examples to there :)
