pin examples/mariadb-app/Dockerfile to 0.1.0 #84

Shall we pin examples/mariadb-app/Dockerfile to 0.1.0 of atomicapp, so it is more stable?

Yes but there are several other changes needed to the examples repo.

  1. not all are using Nulecule filename
  2. not all are using nulecule 0.0.2 -name: myapp spec change
