GC temporary docker images #85

We should consider deleting the images we built after we're done. Although even better would be caching them correctly so we don't regenerate if not changed.

Took quick look at this, going to be annoying to fix because of how we generate a base image plus a config layer. Should first fix this by always generating a single image that takes its config via environment.
