Document use of "include_in_advanced_search" #3158

This was merged in from blacklight_advanced_search, but I can't find any documentation of it in the blacklight core repo. There are some docs we can copy from here: https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight_advanced_search?tab=readme-ov-file#search-fields
