Abolish Poison #31

Similarly to Abolish Disease, you can't currently cast Abolish Poison on targets not effected by a poison.

You are supposed to be able to cast the abolish spells on any allied targets, as they're passive buffs rather than just dispel effects.

Issue seems fixed with the new core.
