Duel doesn't stop grouped casts #35

You can currently heal people that are currently dueling with aoe spells, granted that they are in your party. In addition, you can dispel allied players who are dueling. This shouldn't be possible.

Acknowledged, but the issue can be avoided by proper player behavior
