Warlock spellpower scaling #42

Some of the warlock offensive spells seem to have broken (too little) scaling. This includes but might not be limited to Shadowbolt, Corruption, Searing Pain and the initial hit from Immolate

Should easily be fixable

Scaling was better, although the initial hit on Immolate still feels fishy.
