I am setting k8s for deep learning!

To do this, the pod for nvidia-device-plugin need to be created.

But I got a message like this:

Can you post a gist with your canal.yaml please? While you've probably included enough info above to figure it out, there's a risk that my interpretation of the stack overflow answer will be different to yours :)

                  governs all traffic to, from or through the default network namespace
                  of the host named by the \"Node\" field; entering and leaving that
                  namespace via any interface, including those from/to non-host-networked

                  only governs traffic that enters or leaves the host through the
                  specific interface named by InterfaceName, or - when InterfaceName

                  one expected IP must be specified. Only external interfaces (such
                  as \"eth0\") are supported here; it isn't possible for a HostEndpoint

                            matching the selector will be matched. \n Note that: in

                            negation. The two types of negation are subtly different.
                            One negates the set of matched endpoints, the other negates

                            Calico-controlled \tendpoints that do have the label \"my_label\".
                            \n The effect is that the latter will accept packets from

I see differences between your canal yaml and the one from the docs:

$ curl https://docs.projectcalico.org/manifests/canal.yaml > canal.yaml
  % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
                                 Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
100  196k  100  196k    0     0   540k      0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:--  539k

$ diff canal.yaml user-canal.yaml

I revised canal.yaml which makes the error described in stackoverflow link https://stackoverflow.com/questions/62856916/calico-based-pod-is-not-coming-up.

So you means that https://docs.projectcalico.org/manifests/canal.yaml works well?

We have automated e2e testing for our own manifests, including the one above. We don't see your issue in those test runs.
