remove deprecated content from this repo #124

This repository is deprecated, and the canal project has moved to projectcalico/calico repository.

The warning on this repo is good, but we should remove the content (docs & manifests).

Lets figure out if anyone is directly linking to kubectl apply -f these manifests before we make this change...

@jakesyl Are you suggesting that the page you linked is linking to this repo? I did not find a link on that page. If there is a link from that page to here you should change the link to a specific revision of this repo if you want to continue linking here. Instead of linking to this repo I would instead suggest linking to https://docs.projectcalico.org/v3.9/getting-started/kubernetes/installation/flannel.
