Add capsule charm link to documentation #550

Description

Capsule has now been published on charmhub. We should update the documentation with the charm link or a badge like this: Get it from the Charmhub

charmhub is like artifacthub ? sorry I don't get the means of the description.

Hi @TinySong, charmhub is a package hub for charms. Charms are operators that run on Charmed Kubernetes, which is the Kubernetes distribution from Canonical. We released capsule as charm operator few days ago (link here), and we have to add a section about the charm in the capsule documentation in order to give it visibility.
