New docs generator based on https://github.com/projectdiscovery/nuclei/pull/4487
- this uses typescript files instead of LLM based jsdocs ( hence its 10x better and accurate)
- with new change each and every field/class is now documented along with example (in nuclei PR)
- Interfaces / Objects are now documented as well (see: ssh.SSHHandshakeLog)
updated workflow to reflect new changes

@tarunKoyalwar this looks good to me - you're closer than I am to the truth on this so I would say you can merge it when ready.
