Add Omit-Raw Flag #62

Dependent on the release of https://github.com/projectdiscovery/nuclei/pull/3710 which has been merged into dev but not in a tagged release of nuclei.

Adds the new -omit-raw/-or flag
Switches the default for -include-rr/-irr to true to match the behavior of https://github.com/projectdiscovery/nuclei/pull/3710
Adds documentation to reflect these changes
