Zoomeye Engine no Longer Working due to Domain Change #534

The zoomeye engine no longer appears to work due to using the old domain, looking at zoomeye API docs and the zoomeye website. The domain has changed from zoomeye.org to zoomeye.hk. updating the domain will allow for the module to work again.
