Adds CPE field; switches to community fork for fingerprint data #74

The CPE field from fingerprints is not currently exposed, so this PR adds them.

Additionally, with the original version of Wappalyzer no-longer existing, this PR updates the update-fingerprints tool to use the community fork at https://github.com/Lissy93/wapalyzer
