Class not founded text_lib #3

On line 308 of /moodle/moodle2/blocks/rcommon/WebServices/Authentication/AuthenticateContent.php file, the $tmp->info value is assigned with the result of the method "str_replace" that belongs to the "text_lib" class. Both, method and class, don't exist.

Probably, the class is "textlib", but "str_replace" method doesn't belong to it.
