why wasn't fedena 2.3 made using RoR 3? #14

Fedena 2.3 was released in September 2012, long after RoR 3 was released.. is there a reason why it wasn't updated to support the latest RoR? also is it possible for me to build it again using RoR3?

it is an time consuming process to bump to Rails 3, why don't you submit a pull request?

Rails 4.0 has been release and this project still uses rails 2.3.5? Are there are plans to build it on rails 4.0.0?

thegeorgeous please can you help me out in the student defaulters pdf page, i want to display the remaining amount a student is left to pay not the total amount as it now. please help. Thank you this is my email softdeveloperchris@gmail.com

I'm sorry chrislight, I haven't used fedena yet. I've just downloaded it and have been trying to fix all sorts of bugs that are coming up when installing.

@chrislight it is unlikely that fedena would port this to Rails 3 as there are great amount of works needed to be done before the transition can be implemented. Thus, I decided to start a new fork. I've few objectives in my mind right now:

Contributions are greatly welcome. Please checked at github.com/joneslee85/fedena
