The notebook tests in Glow are broken due to a regression in Databricks Runtime
Databricks engineers have not been able to resolve this after over a month
Deleting the Spark aggregate_by_index command that exposed the regression so we can focus on moving the project forward. We can return the command once the regression in Databricks has been resolved
