V5 Tracking Branch #84

Given the scope of the changes in #82 and further proposed changes they will eventually become a V5 release.

This PR tracks the work leading up to the V5 release.

Outstanding work

Fix broken tests
Endpoint methods could become extension methods on the final result of below, accessible via adding namespace usages.
Merge the Auth Svc / Deezer Session / DeezerClient (Seems like too many layers)
Missing API methods after refactoring
Remove IUser or IUserV2
Docs
CI ?
