Podcast functionality #97

Added the ability to get podcasts by id and get their episodes.

Thanks for working on this! Had a brief look and everything looks alright but will give it a proper look over before I merge.

Don't worry about the failing AppVeyor build. I suspect it's probably rotted rather than anything you have done :)
