Hamster Shell Extension version: Latest from develop branch
I started using tags recently for a new project of mine, and it seems the logic to enter these tags in "tags" field of the "Update activity" window is broken. Clicking the down arrow or entering a character results in a window popping up and immediately vanishing again (too fast to read anything). Syslog contains the following errors:
2023-06-23T09:41:01.994026+02:00 xxx hamster[15640]: Window 0x1e71930 is a temporary window without parent, application will not be able to position it on screen.

Entering the tags in the cmdline field is not affected.
Dear Tom,
From your description, I guess this bug is against hamster itself, rather than the gnome shell extension (the "Update Activity" window is not part of this extension). I suggest filling this bug there.
Hi there,
first things first:
I started using tags recently for a new project of mine, and it seems the logic to enter these tags in "tags" field of the "Update activity" window is broken. Clicking the down arrow or entering a character results in a window popping up and immediately vanishing again (too fast to read anything). Syslog contains the following errors:
Entering the tags in the cmdline field is not affected.
Cheers, Tom.
