Support Gnome Shell 46 #367

This PR adds support for Gnome Shell 46, and drops support for Gnome shell 45! I've not actually tested the changes in 45, but I guess they are incompatible. :P

Fixes #366

Hi, using develop branch I still got error with Gnome 46, I created pull request which allows me to run hamster extension again: https://github.com/projecthamster/hamster-shell-extension/pull/368
