Caldav? #216

Any plans for supporting Caldav synchronization? I know I can export activities in ical/ics format (though I can't filter them by category ;) but it would be cool to be able to upload them directly to an owncloud server :)

I suppose what you want is to be able to add tasks in Hamster and have them synchronize with Owncloud, but if you don't mind the extra step, you can use tasks from Evolution in Hamster. You would manage them in Evolution, which can synchronize with Owncloud, and then use Hamster just for timing.

@palmeida: That's possible, but you need evolution to be installed and configured. If you use Thunderbird/Icedove with Lightning/Iceowl, configuring Evolution just to manage your caldav events means getting duplicated notifications and several inconveniences (leave alone having a quite heavy program installed only for synchronizing the events). A direct bridge to CalDav in Hamster would be much more convenient.
