start_rtlsdr.sh Signal Caught, exitting ? #123

I did not create the user.cfg , after that I had to change the demod line in start_rtlsdr.sh to python3 instead of python

I manually added -d 1 to the demod line to force it to use the 1296 RTL device. I ' ll make a separate issue for device selection.
