Might be worth making these callsigns a little bit more unique to your own project? I'd generally prefer if they have some kind of callsign or project name relation, rather than just 'balloon' :-)

Did you still want payload IDs? I'm more than happy to allocate them, its just they need to be a little more unique than 'balloon' :-)
