amateur/telemetry API returning data for more callsigns than expected #112

Example: https://api.v2.sondehub.org/amateur/telemetry/PD3EGE?datetime=1688655220.471&last=22269

In this case there were 2 flights in the air: PD3EGE (Horus Binary) and PD3EGE-11 (APRS)

That query returns data from both callsigns, not just PD3EGE. We had a similar issue in Grafana at one point.
