Automatically update sonde types, times, and frequencies for sites. #96

We have all the data so it would be good to make a Python script that could automatically run (like the Radiosondy.info recovery ingest one) and fetch the history from each launch site for say the last month and create or update the sonde type, times, and frequency fields.

It will be essential to get the balance right so that the script doesn't remove times if a single launch is missed or a slightly different frequency is detected.

If anyone has any other ideas/suggestions let me know and I'll hopefully get around to making something soon once an API is created to update launch sites.
