No more correct procedure #231

Hi, The azure portal has changed... so the procedure here : https://github.com/projectkudu/AzureResourceExplorer should be changed

What API are you referring to? Can you provide more details.

Yes, sorry. The azure portal to create the an application and register it has changed and the workflow too. There is no more the "settings" things in your "README". so just to reflect it, could you update your "how to ? " thx
