Azure Resource Explorer is shutting down #374

Azure Resource Explorer - resources.azure.com will be shutting down soon. We recommend alternatives such as https://github.com/projectkudu/ARMClient or the Azure Portal for managing Azure resources.

The github repo will still be available.
