Suggestion for email notifications #343

I have a suggestion for email notifications.  I would like to receive an email 
notification when a client downloads a file so I don't have to log in to look.

It appears I can only receive an email notification when a client uploads a 
file. 

What version of the product are you using? version r412

I think email notifications should be options so we can decide when we want to 
received them or not

Exactly, but I don't see an option to receive an email notification when a 
client downloads a file.

bug#252 has nothing to do with what I wrote.  It is about uploading files AND 
the response says that email notifications are sent for that.  I need email 
notifications when a client downloads a file.
