Incorporate ClamAV engine #85

Hello I saw this mentioned in #37 but it seems like it was forgotten about. I think it would be a good idea to incorporate ClamAV's engine into the app locally along with possibly their definitions list in order to better improve the results of the app and help reduce false positives.

ya there is clamav mobile only database it would be beneficial like Hypatia added it
