Option title for ChartModule #23

What's the problem this feature will solve? Adding a title to Charts in order to make their purpose clear

Describe the solution you'd like A way to pass the title text along with the chart data

This is a fair request. Right now the only way to make a title is just add free text in between, but a title should be a param that you pass on chart.
