Some documentation changes based around calibration edits earlier today. #15

Hey, I've made a few edits to the docs that I think will make calibration a bit clearer, also some fixes on the Deck X page.

Mechanical a) Deck X 1) Switch order of BOM on the sidebar 2) Add preview card of BOM to readme b) Optical Calibration Mount 1) Added BOM to this section from below calibration section

Calibration 1) Changed folder hierarchy to make it clearer 2) Given hand position calibration its own page seeing as its necessary (could do with more info, and it working, can we ping flzero again?) 3) Restructured the getting started in the order of operations a new user would need to carry things out in.

Thanks :) will be working on the landing page as well today

everything beyond 1cc8513 is discardable,

we should merge everything up to that commit.

Majority of the changes have been updated via the gitbook UI.
