[BUG]: Ansible-Vault key not installed #26

Description of the bug

Ansible-vault key doesn't get correctly installed on a new machine. Probably related to #

Steps To Reproduce

Create image with ansible-vault key

Not reproducible with current image. Issue seems that docker run doesn't automatically update the image from the registry even if a newer image exists.

This needs to be documented in our documentation!
