[x] added Potos Logo
[x] some changes about POTOS_ENV = develop, skip displaying debug output if POTOS_ENV = production
[x] fixed a wrong var in README.md
[x] re-enabled change-keyboard hardcoded, enhanced to write the choice into /etc/default/keyboard. It is only for the moment hardcoded in this .iso, as there is an issue running gsettings from ansible yad (for now). We should moving that into the firstboot role later.
