A potential sponsor needs their safeguarding to be visible. once created we can possibly link to it.

This is a small RDA group managing mainly @ a 121 level. As this is an official group of RDA their policy should integrate with the Parent org so that their is no potententual avenue for to cease at a 1 group level, this information doesn't need to be online but it sould be documented somewhere
