Commodore provides opinionated tenant-aware management of Kapitan inventories and templates. Commodore uses Kapitan for the heavy lifting of rendering templates and resolving a hierachical configuration structure.
This PR introduces command line flags which allow users to configure an allowlist for automerging of patch updates for v0.x dependencies. We add command line flags that allow specifying regex patterns directly as well as flags that take a full dependency name and generate an anchored pattern from it.
