Renovate applies wrong version #10

Due to how upstream manages their releases (change Charts.yaml to the next minor release after a version is tagged and released), Renovate always tries to upgrade to the NEXT major version.

Sadly I don't think there is much we can do about this without a lot of extra work, upstream is simply managing their chart releases very weirdly.

We might be able to bastel something with packageRules and extractVersion. But I'm not sure how well that will work and if this is really worth the effort.

I don't see us implementing any special cases for this in our manager.
