Would be cool if we can decide whether we keep all licenses the same or custom per component. I tend to simply keep all in sync with same copyright holder and year. Apparently the year doesn't matter much. would be less to maintain or customize in .sync.yml

I'd say lets use the same LICENSE on all components.
