Write a SDD which describes the Project Syn documentation concept:

How do we document?
What is documented where?
What structure does the documentation have?
What is the form of the documentation?

And maybe even a lot more important points for having "the best" documentation ever!

This somehow already happened "by accident" while reworking the structure of syn.tools. There is no actual "SDD" or a guideline, but by the new structure this isn't considered as needed anymore.
