Add Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct #54

In a discussion between @tobru, @srueg and me, we agreed to add the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct to the project.

Trigger for this is the suggestion of GitHub to have such a code of conduct within each project. For Commodore components, we will place a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md containing a link to this one.

Vale complained about the code of conduct taken from upstream. I have altered the text accordingly. Please review that change carefully.
