Prints message on every setup call when `hide_inactive_statusline` is active #165

Every time I start neovim I now get the message hiding status line printed.

Seems to be caused by this change: https://github.com/projekt0n/github-nvim-theme/commit/1f5f584a402333ac5a03ba5b1b740c4d1c41c8b3#r67321981
