Here we go.

Important points:

pix2gpdi and tmds encoder have been entirely rewritten from scratch in system verilog
constraints file made global
makefile target for switching between 480p / 720p
- 720p versions still need minor adjustments
clock modules are generated from a bash script

You may go ahead and close the previous pull request now.

This PR contains graphics/racing-the-beam but not graphics/fpga-graphics. I'm happy for Racing the Beam to stay as it's a continuation of the first part, but can you add fpga-graphics?
